By using ShieldPack VPN, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using our service.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use our VPN service for lawful purposes only. You agree NOT to use the service for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable laws
• Hacking, fraud, or unauthorized access to systems
• Distributing malware or spam
• Violating the rights of others

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and VPN configuration files. Do not share your config files with others.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Plans are billed as described at checkout. We offer a 24-hour refund window for new purchases — contact support within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShieldPack VPN is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
